This very friendly group of book lovers meets once a month at each other’s homes (where there is space for 10/11 – our maximum size). We alternate fact and fiction – our fiction taken generally from newspaper best paperbacks of the year or prizewinning nominations; our fact taken from personal recommendations. Recent books include Mukiwa by Peter Godwin; Birnam Wood by Eleanor Cotton; Strangeland by Jon Sopel; and the Litfest Big Town Read.
