We are a friendly, welcoming group aiming to provide a congenial weekly walk, usually in the countryside, within a reasonable driving distance of Marlborough. The distance is 4 to 5 miles and takes about 2 hours. We normally leave at about 10:30 in the morning with group members taking turns leading the walks. Afterwards, walkers may choose to lunch at a nearby venue.
Like other U3A walking groups, a full programme only happens with the active participation of all members to plan and lead walks with the support of others if required.
